Join us for a three-part webinar series hosted by the WTC Health Program Clinical Center of Excellence at Mount Sinai. This series is focused on protecting and supporting brain health. Each session will explore a key area of health that affects your memory, focus, and overall cognitive function. Our first session will focus on physical health and cognition. Conditions like sleep apnea, high blood pressure, and chronic illness can affect your memory and attention. Learn how caring for your physical health supports brain health.

Speakers Bio:
Esther McBirney-Goc, PhD. is the Assistant Director of Clinical Psychology at Mount Sinai’s World Trade Center Mental Health Program. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The New School for Social Research in 2014 and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Mount Sinai’s World Trade Center Mental Health Program (WTCMHP) in 2015. At the WTCMHP, Dr. McBirney-Goc provides individual and group psychotherapy to World Trade Center Responders, supervises faculty and psychologists in training, and has helped enhance the program’s TeleMental Health Services. Dr. McBirney-Goc has a background in psychological testing and assessment, and is passionate about initiatives at the WTCMHP aimed at supporting the cognitive health of our Members.
