Swimming Dragon, a Qigong form, is a graceful movement, which imitates the sinuous movements of a dragon swimming in the sea and flying up into the clouds. It can be done by anyone regardless of age or physical ability and help promote inner peace, reduce fear and anxiety as well as calm the mind. Sharia Jones-Bey will guide us through this fun and easy to learn workshop along with guided meditation at the end.
