Nursing Research Day is an annual day-long symposium featuring discussions with nationally recognized nurse researchers and abstract presentations by clinical nurses across the Mount Sinai Health System and the greater New York nursing community. This event is organized by the Center for Nursing Research and Innovation at Mount Sinai.
The theme for this year’s event is “Informatics and Artificial Intelligence: Harnessing the Ideas and Experiences of Clinical Nurses.” AI and informatics tools promise to revolutionize patient monitoring and decision making in nursing, all while ushering in major changes to a profession still recovering from the pandemic. Participants will explore the role of research in maximizing the supportive impact of new technologies in the clinical setting, and incorporating insights from the nursing profession into the development and maintenance of these tools.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
