Mindfulness Practices for Managing Pain

The past decade has seen an exponential growth in the use mindfulness-based interventions to address an array of health issues. This program will discuss how practices such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Feldenkrais, breath and meditation, can be used to manage pain and enhance one's quality of life.
