 Mindfulness is defined as the natural human ability to be in the present moment with a nonjudgmental attitude and spirit of openness. This webinar will explore the basic principles of Mindfulness and will equip you with practical methods to incorporate mindfulness practices into your lives.

 During this presentation, we will cover:

  •  The benefits of mindfulness meditation
  • Using mindfulness to handle stress and anxiety

Speakers Bio: Zachary Neumann, PhD

Zachary Neumann, PhD is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Staff Psychologist at the Mount Sinai World Trade Center Mental Health Program, where he conducts individual and group psychotherapy with WTCHP responders. He specializes in the treatment of posttraumatic stress, depression, relationship challenges, and coping with medical illness and chronic pain.
