A group of experienced Mindfulness teachers are providing an opportunity for all members of the Mount Sinai community to learn and practice simple Mindfulness techniques that are effective at relieving stress and promoting physical and mental well-being.
Offered via Zoom. Drop in for a few minutes or the complete hour. No previous experience necessary.
