Registration Fee includes: admission to all sessions, conference materials and program, abstract book.  Fees support catering costs related to Sunday welcome reception, Monday-Wednesday breakfasts and coffee breaks, and Tuesday evening banquet dinner.  Lunch is not provided. 

Cancellations will be accepted through August 25, 2016 subject to a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after that date.
