Lillian Espinoza, LCSW, ACHP-SW is the Assistant director of the Palliative Care department at Mount Sinai Queens. Ms. Espinoza is part of the Palliative Care interdisciplinary team and in her role, as a licensed clinical social worker, she ensures the delivery of comprehensive Palliative Care services to patients. She assists in the daily assessments, management and delivery of services of Palliative Care patients facing complex psychosocial needs, life threatening illness, and end of life care. In her 10 years of Palliative Care experience, Ms. Espinoza is an advocates, educates, and strives to provide dignity, respect and quality of life care for patients and their families.
John Fiddler, C-NP, is a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Advanced Palliative Care Nursing at Mount Sinai Queens. Mr. Fiddler begun his career as a Critical Care Nurse in 1998, and has been practicing in the field of Palliative and Hospice Care for ten years. He has broad experience and interest in transcultural and humanitarian nursing, and has had multiple assignments in Central Africa. Mr. Fidler has a passion for teaching and advocating for patient-centered culturally competent care.
