This support group, part of Mount Sinai Spinal Cord Injury Program is a safe, empowering space for individuals who have survived gun violence and are living with a spinal cord injury. We recognize that healing is both physical and emotional—and that no one should walk this journey alone.

In this group, you'll find community, understanding, and strength among others who share similar lived experiences. Together, we navigate grief, trauma, identity, and resilience, while also exploring practical strategies for adapting to life with SCI.

Our support group is held on the last Wednesday of every month. Light Refreshments are served. Contact Garrison.Redd@mountsinai.org if you are interested in attending.
