Fall Prevention and Safety Awareness

Among older adults, falls are the leading cause of injury deaths, unintentional injuries, and hospital admissions for trauma. Falls can take a serious toll on older adults’ quality of life and independence.  Get tips and resources on ways to prevent falls from  Michelle Chery.  She will give a brief description of hands only CPR for Adults and their care takers as well as what they should do in an emergency.
