Short Bio:
Iván Gutiérrez Avila is a Fulbright Scholar completing a six month fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a PhD candidate in Environmental Health Science at the Mexican National Institute of Public Health (INSP).
Abstract:
In this seminar he will share his fellowship results on how fine particulate matter is associated with cause-specific mortality in Mexico City and his epidemiologic modeling to refine and extend our understanding of this relationship.
