Mapping the neural dynamics of social dominance and defeat
Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 10am
In person: Davis Auditorium and via Zoom
Host: Scott Russo, PhD
Register: https://tinyurl.com/ykky7sf2

About the talk:
Social experiences can have lasting changes on behavior and affective state. We combine quantitative tools for behavioral analysis with a variety of techniques for neural recording and perturbation to understand how nodes in the brain’s subcortical “social decision-making network” encode and transform aggressive motivation to action.
