down.  As the seasons changes sometimes our moods changes as well.  Dr. Figueiro will talk about seasonal depression often referred to as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) or winter blues, and how those who experience it can recognize and manage the symptoms using light, a non-pharmacological intervention.
