Ms. Nolan, a graduate of New York University School of Law, has extensive experience and representing disenfranchised immigrants.At the NYC Mayor’s Office on Immigrant Affairs, she provided counsel for an innovative, 7-million-dollar community based initiative for immigration legal services across NYC.Ms. Nolan also provided legal services, training and program development for Brooklyn Defenders Services, to maximize pro bono support for immigration, criminal and family defense, civil justice and special litigation practice groups.
