US Open Season Starts at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital!

As we gear up for the US Open, we’re excited to team up once again with the United States Tennis Association (USTA) for a visit from professional wheelchair tennis athletes.

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of wheelchair tennis, this special visit will feature a live exhibition, highlighting the speed, skill, and athleticism of the sport. Attendees will also learn about adaptive tennis and the many ways the game can be modified to ensure people of all ages and abilities can participate.

Join us on Monday, August 24, from 10:00 -10:45 am in the Guggenheim Pavilion lobby for a live activity featuring elite athletes. Come by to try playing wheelchair tennis in a sports chair and earn US Open swag. Experience firsthand the talent, determination, and competitive spirit that make adaptive tennis so inspiring.

All are welcome to participate - we hope you join us as celebrate the power of sports, resilience, and community.
