Surviving stroke goes beyond the hospital. You don’t have to do it alone.
Isolation and depression often comes after surviving a stroke, but you can find support in a group setting. Conveniently located at Mount Sinai Union Square, Mount Sinai Health System offers a welcoming support group for survivors of stroke of all ages, and those who care for them.
Mount Sinai will provide you and your loved ones an open session to learn from others’ experiences, share your own, exchange ideas, and share support. Guidance, information, and resources will also be provided by Mount Sinai’s group facilitator.
The group meets at Mount Sinai Union Square on the first and third Thursday of every month, 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please RSVP to receive the exact location.
