Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI) Support Group

The Mount Sinai Selikoff Center for Occupational Health RSI Support Group provides ongoing support to people managing repetitive stress injuries (RSIs), primarily to the upper extremities.

The RSI Support Group currently meets via Zoom every third Wednesday of the Month from 4 to 5pm.

The group consists of previously screened members who have been diagnosed with RSI. The focus of the group is to facilitate discussions related to managing difficulties with RSI symptomology by incorporating resource sharing and inviting guest speakers as a means to improve daily functioning and quality of life.
